What happens when I place an order?
Once a product or products are selected, you are sent to the checkout portion of the process.
At this point, your on a 2CO-affiliated site advanced to an SSL-encrypted order page. This guarantees the security of your personal and payment information.
Once you enter and submit the information, 2CO immediately queries the customer's bank. The query verifies that the information submitted is correct, and that the funds required for the sale are available.
If the information is inaccurate, or funds are not available, the sale will be declined and you will be notified as to the reason (if an appropriate code is provided by the bank involved).
Additionally, a sales confirmation e-mail is sent to you and the customer. The confirmation e-mail alerts you to the completion of the sale, and, if the product is tangible.
Non-tangible products or services are settled in approximately 48 hours and require no additional notification by the supplier.

What can I purchase online?
One or more individual items may be purchased online. Some items are unique, one of a kind ex: gemstones.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept the following credit cards:

You can print your invoice using your browsers print option or option provided with the form.

Displaying final prices in local currencies, permits global customers to evaluate their purchases in a currency familiar to you. Once a purchase is made, prices are final and the transaction is protected from currency rate fluctuations or bankcard conversion fees.

When taking advantage of our multi currency service, the exchange rate is determined on the day of the purchase and is guaranteed until settlement, so customers will know the exact amount that will be charged to their credit card at the time of purchase.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 2Checkout.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.

What happens after I place an order?
After you complete your selection, you will go to the Payment Details page to enter your credit card details. This is a secure site and you may get a message telling you that “you are now entering a secure site”. This means that any information submitted will be encrypted during transit. Once you have entered your credit card details, you will be asked to confirm your final purchase by clicking on the “Proceed with secure payment” button.
You should then wait until you get a message saying “Payment Confirmed”. You may then quit your internet browser.
After a few minutes you should then receive an email containing your order confirmation and links to our download center where you can download all your purchased images. From here you can also print your invoice.

Will I get unsolicited mail or E-mail?
Never !! The Jade Fox will not sell, swap, or pass on the names of registered users or customers to any other company, website or affiliate.
We respect your privacy and will instantly remove your name from our mailing list if requested.

1. The 2Checkout.com Shopping Guarantee protects you when you buy from 2Checkout.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Period.

2. If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by a 2Checkout.com partner, contact us immediately. We will intercede and work to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of all parties. If the matter cannot be resolve we will issue credits as necessary.

3. 2Checkout.com assumes responsibility for its selling partners if they fail to provide the goods or service paid for and become unreachable or unresponsive, the buyers funds will be returned and it will be 2Checkout.com's responsibility to pursue the matter with your assistance.

4. You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties, contact us if there are charges on your bill you do not recognize.
